I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms on the ground floor were cozy and clean, each with unique and interesting features and decor. However, my room was at a hotel dependance down the street, at the highest floor just under the roof, without a lift and accessible via very uncomfortable stairs.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious and airy with lovely views, a good working desk, a comfortable chair, and a nice balcony with greenery outside. The only drawback was my room being in an annexe that is a little lower down the street without a lift. The service was superb, with friendly staff who even kindly parked my big American minivan for me. The location couldn't be better, with walking distance to the courts, close to the castle gate, and just minutes away from the river and market square. The dining experience was top-notch, especially their home-made desserts. Overall, a wonderful stay.
