I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms on the ground floor were cozy and clean, each with unique and interesting features and decor. However, my room was at a hotel dependance down the street, at the highest floor just under the roof, without a lift and accessible via very uncomfortable stairs.

The hotel offers cozy rooms that were a bit more dated than in the pictures, yet still excellent and comfortable. The service was top-notch with friendly staff going above and beyond to assist. Its central location is ideal, right next to the heart of the city and with beautiful views from the terrace. Dining options were satisfactory, but could use more variety. Overall, a comfortable and friendly stay with a great location.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious and airy with lovely views, a good working desk, a comfortable chair, and a nice balcony with greenery outside. The only drawback was my room being in an annexe that is a little lower down the street without a lift. The service was superb, with friendly staff who even kindly parked my big American minivan for me. The location couldn't be better, with walking distance to the courts, close to the castle gate, and just minutes away from the river and market square. The dining experience was top-notch, especially their home-made desserts. Overall, a wonderful stay.

I couldn't have asked for a better location, nestled in the stunning landscape of the Alps and just outside the castle gates. The rooms were cozy and spotless, with a lovely balcony offering a peaceful view of greenery. The service was welcoming and helpful, although they struggled with a few issues. The dining experience was top-notch, truly embodying the essence of German cuisine. The hotel facilities were well-kept and added to the overall comfort of my stay.
